A’Famosa also known as Porta De Santiago is one of the 4 main gates of the Portuguese fortress. It was built in 1512 by the command of Alfonso de Albuquerque. It located at the foot of St Paul Hill. Is a must visiting historical place if you come to Melaka.

Queen Victoria Fountain is one of the last traces of the Bristish Colonial era in Malaysia. This fountain was built in year 1901 to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee. It serves as a tempting backdrop for tourists to take photo.
St. Peter Church was built in 1710 by descendants of Portuguese Catholics in Melaka during the period of Dutch Rule. It’s now is the oldest Catholic Church in Malaysia and still serves resident worshippers of the Catholic faith.
Maritime Museum itself is a replica of the ‘Flora de La Mar’, a Portuguese ship that sank off the coast of Melaka while on its way to Portugal, carrying loot plundered from Melaka. It located along Jalan Quayside by the banks of Malacca River. It now houses the artifacts, documents from the Melaka’ golden era as the Emporium of the East and reveals how political control of Melaka was essential to the establishment of Maritime dominance in the region.
Menara Taming Sari was the first Revolving “Gyro Tower” in Malaysia and this title is endorsed by Malaysia Book of Records. The 110 meter viewing tower was designed based on the legendary Taming Sari Keris, used by the Malay legendary warrior Hang Tuah. It offered a nice view on all the historical sites, Melaka Raya, Bandar Hilir, Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade & Melaka Straits.

St Francis Xavier Church was built in 1849 by Paris Foreign Missionary. This church can be easily recognized by its unique architecture – twin tower, arched doorway and colourful stained glass. Inside the church there are burial chamber for three pioneering French Catholic priest.
Hang Li Po Well was built in 1459 by the followers of Princess Hang Li Po as main water supply in the town. Its believe was the oldest well in Melaka. Hang Li Po Well located next to the Sam Po Kong Temple, at the foot of Bukit Cina.
