2006
Fenix Inn, a 36-room hotel was officially open. “A nice place to be” became our goal to ensure our guest leaves satisfied.
2008
Grew to a a recognized 68-room landmark in the bustling commercial area of Melaka, the hotel expanded & upgraded its services in order to serve the guests better.
2009
Awarded with the “Best 2-star & Budget Hotel in Melaka” organized by the State of Melaka in year 2009.
2011
Awarded for the second time, “Excellence Services in Hotel for Budget Hotels 2010/2011” organized by the State of Melaka in year 2011.
2012
Further expansion of 14 new rooms in March 2012 brings Fenix Inn total rooms inventory to 82 rooms
