Stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was easy although had to wait a little for room as we got there early. We went to casino during our wait and the vibe in the casino was a little off - it just didn’t feel very welcoming - played some electronic roulette and then got to our room. The room and bathroom were great and spacious - we were very impressed. We liked the location and walked to the old town and square area which was pleasant. At night we would take a taxi over to the big casinos across the bridge - taxi was reasonably priced. So I feel this is a good place to stay if you don’t mind getting out of the hotel for most of what Macau has to offer. Price is better than main casino strip due to the location.
Accessible from the outer ferry terminal by their shuttle bus. The location of this hotel is not bad, in terms of reaching tourist hotspots. To reach local areas like the Red market and the 3 Lamps (can take bus 32 just outside the hotel), and to Colloane is also easy by local buses (take 26 from bus stop near Bank of China, it's a 10 minutes walk away. I had a room upgrade, a spacious and clean room for triple with 2 large queen size beds, all thanks to the front office. The only drawback is, if only they offer free shuttle bus from Airport; that would make a great difference! Help and good advise from conceige were offered willingly and professionally, plus the check in and check out were a breeze. Aiming to come back a a coupe of years,and if we do, it will certainly be this hotel again.
Innovative, the hotel rooms have a handphone for guests' usage to search around the vicinity for stuff. Can be used as a map as it has data and can be brought along during your exploration. Rooms were big, clean and has a great view. Love the bathroom the most. Suggest to request for high floor non smoking rooms if travelling with young children.
